Joey's 6th Birthday Part I

Joey's birthday was on the 29th of December. I decorated the kitchen with streamers and balloons and made him a special breakfast. I forgot to take a close up of the pancakes, but this year he got a snake pancake. He loved it!




After breakfast, he got to open his presents from Us.





He got a Hot Wheels track and a 10 pack of hot wheels cars

For lunch Mike took Joey to McDonalds to get a happy meal. Joey had a blast just being able to hang out with daddy by himself.

For dinner he chose Apple Bees. Joey must be a pretty special kid because we took him out to dinner on the worst winter storm we have had this year. It was pretty bad. You can see it snowing in the window.

Joey felt pretty special, the manager made sure Joey felt that way. When we sat down, all of a sudden we hear a "Joey, it's your birthday?" really loud across the room. It was the manager yelling from across the room and heading towards us. He was awesome and the food was fabulous. I don't remember liking Apple Bees as much as I did that night. They have some new items on the menu that are soooo good!



Mike made some instruments out of the straws :)

I think he had a pretty good birthday!
