We were so proud of him!
The class, including the teacher, sits on the carpet and listens to the presentation. The presentation is typically about 10 minutes long. Joey's was about 15 minutes.
At the end, the class can ask Joey any questions that they may have. They didn't have any for Joey. He must have covered it all :)
We got Earth Balls chocolate candy to pass out at the end. Everybody loved them and thought it was so neat that we found chocolate balls that had Earth on the wrapper.
Joey's teacher even came up to me and said what a wonderful job he did and how impressed she was at how much he knew and how he presented it. The kids also keep a journal through out their learning experience to record all that they learned and where they got their information from. So we turned that in and he got it back with an Excelled on it! Yea!
On Friday, the 27th, Dani came over to spend the weekend with us. She watched the kids while I went and saw Mike's last choir concert. They walked to Allen's and got cookies to make and stuff to die Easter Eggs. They have so much fun when their Aunt Dani comes! :)
Dying Easter Eggs
Saturday we went to the Color Fest but I will blog about that in a different post!
