Halloween

For breakfast this year, I made nutella mummies and ghost drinks. They were yummy!

Emma got to dress up in her class today and she chose to wear her witch outfit.

This is Emma and her favorite friend at school, April

Her class about ready to start

After Emma got out of school we headed over to Joey's school to watch their annual Halloween parade. Since Joey broke his arm he needed help into his costume so we had to go early :)

The 4th grade teachers in their costumes :)

They go by grade so we were there for quite awhile before Joey's class came out. His teacher, Mrs. Chrystler is the clown and the firecracker is his best friend, Samuel.

And we finally have Joey

They go through out the whole school and then outside

Emma watching the parade

Back in their seats and ready for treats

Samuel

Our day was very packed. After Joey's parade we went to Emma's dance where everyone dressed up as well

I loved her teachers bee costume :)

For dinner, I made broomstick breadsticks that didn't turn out :( and cob web pizza that was delicious!

Then it was time for trick or treating. This year was fun because we actually had a neighborhood we could go to. The kids had a blast going from door to door. Joey was sad he didn't get to do trunk or treat and wasn't really thrilled about going door to door. But once we were out, he absolutely loved it and said he liked trick or treating much better then trunk or treating :)

I love Joey's face here..he just looks like he is Mr. Tough Spiderman :)

And of course we had to end the evening by trick or treating at our own house :)

Joey was really excited too because we were close enough that we got to go trick or treating to Samuel's house.

We had a really fun and full Halloween!
