Thursday: Park City

On Thursday we checked out of our Condo. Poor Mike had a horrible night sleep the night before and had a bad headache but still managed to do our activities with us that day.

Here is the dining room and kitchen in our condo

I didn't take a picture of the kids room but they are had a large room with 2 twin beds in it and then they had their own bath in the hallway leading to their room.

After we checked out, we headed to Park City again to do the activities on the other side of town.

We had breakfast at a really yummy restaurant called Wasatch Bagel Cafe. I couldn't believe the menu they had. They had everything you could ever think of. Everything they sell are on all these chalkboards.

Me and Emma shared the pancakes..they gave us 2 huge mickey mouse pancakes. Joey had a belgian waffle and we all shard an order of bacon. Mike had an omlet.




Then we headed to the bus stop to wait for the bus to take us to main street. The kids took a newspaper from the restaurant to read while waiting. I think they look so cute. :)



We promised the kids that we would take them to the chocolate and candy store on main so we each picked out a treat and then ate them outside. We also were going to take the kids on the trolley they have there but unfortunately the one that actually looks like a cool trolley only runs on weekends. :( Joey was pretty sad. So we got back on the bus and had them take us to the Mountain resort where the Alpine Slides are.

I thought Emma would be frightened of them so Mike and Joey went down them while Me and Emma went on the carousel.

We then got back on the bus to go to lunch



Mike and Emma hiding from Joey to scare him. Emma thought it was so funny that he couldn't find them. I love her face!



We ate lunch at Legers Sandwiches. This was at a little kids shop next to the restaurant so of course the kids wanted to get on it :)




We then headed back home. We all had a really great time. It was nice to relax and not have any worries for 4 days. It was fun to hang out as a family since Mike had been gone for so long.
