Light the Night Parade

Tonight, Joey was in his first parade. Our ward's primary got to participate in Moscow's Light the Night Parade. We created the nativity on a float. Joey got to go as a shepherd and walked right behind the float. I think he was a bit nervous but had a great time.

Joey, our little Shepherd!

Emma, all dressed up and ready to go to the parade.

Joey, waiting for the parade to start.

Joey's friend Eliza.

Joseph, Mary, and baby Jesus.

All the kids lined up and ready to go!

Our ward walking in the parade!

Joey walking in the parade. He looked a little nervous and so I think he forgot to use his cane. I couldn't get him to look at me either :)

After the parade, they fed us cookies and hot chocolate. It was fun and I think Joey had a pretty good experience for his first parade. Emma is sure ready to go next year! She can't wait for primary :)
