Emma's Early Birthday Party

Since this is Emma's big 8th birthday this year, I wanted her to be able to have all her friends from Utah there, so we decided to have an early birthday/going away party for her. We had her party on Friday, June 27th. It turned out really great and she had a lot of fun! Mike and Joey were rock climbing that day so it was the perfect day to do it. She wanted to have a Frozen themed party. We decided to do a mock sleepover. The party started at 7pm and ended at 10 pm. She invited 7 friends and all but one was able to come so it turned out nice.

All the girls came in their pajamas and brought their pillow and blanket. When they arrived we had a blanket set up with wands on it to decorate until the food was ready.

Emma's is the silver one

Emma wanted to bbq hotdogs so we had hotdogs, chips and fruit. I also made this "Frozen" punch. It was Hawaiian punch, sprite and ice cream.

After dinner we played Pin the Nose on Olaf

We then played Freeze dance and danced to the songs from Frozen

We then got out the treats. We made snowball cookies, white chocolate covered pretzels with blue glaze, frozen grapes and hershey kisses.

The girls set up their pillows and blankets and we turned on the movie Frozen. While they watched Frozen they could make bracelets out of glow in the dark clear beads, blue beads, snowflake beads and beads with letters on them. My sister, Dani, also came over and set up a nail station and gave all the girls manicures.
